Vatra UA is a music project operated by a private individual based in Zeeland, Netherlands. We sell digital music downloads and donate all profits after payment processing fees to Ukrainian humanitarian charities. You can contact us at our contact form.

We do not use your data for marketing. We do not send newsletters. We do not share your data with any third party other than Stripe for payment processing.
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. Stripe acts as a data processor under our instructions. Your payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Vatra UA is a music project operated by a private individual based in Zeeland, Netherlands. All profits after payment processing fees are donated to Masha Fund and Children of Heroes, two Ukrainian humanitarian foundations supporting victims of the war in Ukraine.
You are purchasing a licence to download and listen to digital music files (MP3 or WAV format) for personal, non-commercial use. You are not purchasing ownership of the music or any copyright in the recordings. The music may not be redistributed, sold, used in commercial projects, broadcast, or used in AI training datasets without explicit written permission.
After successful payment you will receive download links on screen and by email. Download links are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase. If your links expire before you have downloaded your files, contact us at our contact form and we will reissue them.
In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal when you initiate the download of digital content. Once a download has been started, no refund can be issued. By clicking the download button you confirm that you understand and accept this condition. Download activity is logged including timestamp and IP address.
All prices are in Euros (€) and are inclusive of 21% Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable. Current prices are displayed at the point of purchase on our website and may be updated from time to time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
All profits after Stripe payment processing fees are donated to Masha Fund (mashafund.org.ua) and Children of Heroes (childrenheroes.org). Vatra UA does not retain any profit from music sales. Payment processing fees are approximately 1.4% + €0.25 per transaction for European cards.
All music, artwork, lyrics and website content are the property of Vatra UA. The AI-generated nature of the music does not affect our intellectual property rights in the creative direction, lyrics, production choices and overall artistic output of the project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
